Walls Bros Designer Kitchens respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
The only information this website collects is what you choose to give us in an enquiry. That is your name, your phone number, your email address, the room or rooms you are interested in, how you would prefer we contact you, anything you write in the message field, and any plans or photographs you attach.
We do not ask for financial information, identity documents or anything else through this site.
We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to design, quote, make and install the work you have asked about. That includes contacting you to arrange a time in our showroom, sending you a drawing or a quotation, and keeping in touch about a job that is under way.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing. We may pass relevant details to people working on your job, such as a benchtop supplier who needs a measurement or an installer who needs an address and a contact number. They receive only what they need to do that work.
We may also disclose information where we are required to by law.
Enquiries are held in our business systems and in our email, accessible only to the people at Walls Bros who need them. We take reasonable steps to protect them from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not claim that it is.
We keep enquiry records for as long as we may reasonably need them, which for a completed job means keeping the file so we can help you later with a repair, a replacement panel or a colour match. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will remove your details.
This website does not use advertising cookies and does not build a profile of you. If we add website analytics in future, this page will be updated to say what is collected before it is turned on.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email reception@wallsbdk.com.au or call (08) 8369 1211 and we will deal with it.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
If this policy changes we will update this page and change the date at the top.
